Munkanta Peter Mulenga is the Managing Partner of the firm with over 12 years’ experience in the financial corporate world. His practice oscillates banking, financing, projects and infrastructure, conveyancing, corporate and commercial law and commercial dispute resolution and litigation spheres. He advises various clients, including public and private sector borrowers, sector-specific financiers, investment houses and private equity funds that have direct and indirect interests in lending arrangements. Munkanta is also very well qualified and experienced to advise financial institutions on a variety of matters embracing projects, M&A, business and corporate finance, international trade and investments and general corporate advisory.
Munkanta holds an LLB as well as BSc in Land Economy and is an advocate of the superior courts of Zambia.
Elijah Kaluba is an Associate and a member of the litigation team with over 3 years’ experience with corporate litigation. His practice focuses on various facets of Law practice including corporate, property settlement disputes and commercial dispute resolution.
Elijah hold an LLB and is an advocate of the High Court of Zambia.
Charity Chewe Chungwa is the Human Resource and Administration Manager. She has 3 years work experience. Her expertise includes customer support, management of front office, administration of finance and payroll management.
Charity holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lusaka and an advanced diploma in business administration from Zamtel (Zambia I.C.T) College in Ndola.
Maureen Michelo is an office assistant. She has 3 years work experience and has worked at Puma Woodlands filling station as a cashier and Hillomu Travel and tours & car hire as a sales lady. Maureen holds a certificate in Counselling from the Zambian National Development Studies Institute.
Mathews Sakala is a legal assistant and valuable member of the team. His expertise lie in conveyancing and is well vest in the procedures at the Lands Registry, Companies House and the various court registries.
Mathews is currently pursuing(DAG) Diploma in accounting and government accounting, formally called (ATD) at the National Institute of Public Administration.
